1. Service Offerings
We offer professional dry and wet cleaning for apparel and household fabrics, including suits, dresses, shirts, and other garments. 

2. Pricing

• Fees are based on the type of garment and cleaning method. Pricing for specific items can be obtained by contacting us directly.  Additional charges may apply for special stains, delicate fabrics, or urgent service.   

• A $100 deposit is required for wedding dress cleaning.

• For other items, a 50% deposit may be required based on the value of the order, subject to review at drop-off.

• Orders paid by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

3. Drop-off & Pick-up

• Drop-off: Bring items to our store during posted hours.

• Pick-up: Items are typically ready for pickup within 3-4 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Late pick-ups may incur a fee.

• Items not picked up within 6 months of the promise date will be subject to handling according to  Wisconsin Statute 779.71 Wisconsin Legislature: 779.71 

4. Turnaround Time & Expedited Service

Our standard turnaround time for most items is 3–4 business days.

When available, we may be able to expedite your order to 1–2 business days. Expedited service is subject to our production schedule and cannot be guaranteed.

The following expedited service fees apply:

• Standard garments: $5.00 per item

• Non-standard garments (including formal dresses and household items): 20% of the cleaning price, with a minimum expedite fee of $10.00 per item

Thank you for your understanding as these fees help us accommodate priority requests while maintaining quality service for all customers.

5. Damage & Loss
We take reasonable care in handling your items. If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, we will repair, replace, or reimburse you for its value, up to a maximum of $100 per item. Proof of purchase or other documentation of the item's value may be required. Compensation will be based on the item's value at the time of the loss or damage, taking into account normal wear and tear.

6. Special Instructions
If you have special care instructions, please let our staff know when dropping the items off, preferably noting the instructions on the garment or in writing.

7. Stain Treatment

We take every precaution and use professional-grade products and techniques to achieve the best possible results. 

Some stains may be permanent due to factors such as the fabric type, the age of the stain, previous cleaning attempts or treatments, or the nature of the substance causing the stain. While we make every reasonable effort to improve the appearance of stained items, results may vary, and complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

8. Environmental Compliance
We comply with Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Department of Revenue (DOR) regulations, including the phase-out of perchloroethylene (perc) and proper handling of hazardous cleaning products Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR)+1.

9. License & Fees
We hold a valid Wisconsin Dry Cleaning Facility License and pay the required license and product fees www.revenue.wi.gov.

10. Return Policy
Items must be returned in clean, undamaged condition. If an item is not cleaned properly, we will re-clean it at no extra charge.
